So not everything is just from Slovakia, here is a Christmas tree I found in Vienna one year :)

I really like reflections in my photos. But getting a reflection from a river is really quite hard. Especially if the river is used for a lot boat traffic or is just moving too fast. While the part of Danube in Vienna, I was standing here next to is not so busy, still, I could not get the reflection I wanted. So instead of trying to get it there, I moved a little back, right next to this big puddle, which created a perfect one :)

This is a HDR from 4 exposures, created in Oloneo Photoengine, finished in Photoshop.

A puddle reflection

Last hours to preorder the Radian 2

I mentioned some time ago the Kickstarter campaign for the Radian 2 time lapse motion device. And right now is the last time you can get it from there, as it will probably not be available for some time, until all the Kicstarter orders are filled. For those who don’t know what Radian 2 is, you can check my review of the Radian 1 and also the Kicstarter page.

Second vertorama from Vienna

How about another vertorama from Vienna. It’s actually taken from the other side of the same bridge :) I did a vertorama here, as with a single image, without having any distortion, I could not get the tops of all the building in the shot. And with the cut off, it just looked strange.

And they are really crazy bright. Especially on the middle, main tower. Took quite a few layers, but I somehow managed to tone it down back into something more normal :) You can see quite a difference compared with the night photo, where the light are off (which I posted few days ago here)

This is a HDR from 5 exposures, created in Oloneo Photoengine, which I blended into one of the original exposures (mostly just the church).

Let’s continue with another photo from Vienna. This one is a 2 tile vertorama from under one of the bridges in the city center :) I haven’t used a panoramic head here, but since it’s only two tiles, I managed to combine them nicely using PTgui.
