From my hotel room in Madrid

This is the view from my hotel room, from my trip to Madrid earlier this year. I actually wrote to the hotel before I arrived, asking them for a room with a nice view of the street. And this is what I got. You can say I was satisfied :) The street was quite busy the whole day, but as I used to live on the busiest intersection in Bratislava before, I didn’t mind.

One thing I loved about Spain, is that there is no time change compared to Slovakia. So when I was there, the sunset was around 8 o’clock. This is just great if you are a photographer. Not that I went out to take photo, as I was so tired from visiting all the places there, but still nice to wake up to it :)
