I really liked taking photos by the canals in Birmingham. Looks like I will have to go to Venice sooner or later.

This is a manual blend from 3 shots. I took 5, but had no need for the brightest exposures.
Blue hour at the canal

To break from all the Paris photos for a moment, here is one from London. This was taken during one very ugly and cold morning, but as it was my last day in London, I had to do the best of it. The sky and colors were not that great, but with a little editing it does not even look that bad :)

This is a manual blend from 5 shots, taken by the London Eye in London.
The London Eye in the morning

The waves really kept coming while I was standing there. And I really didn’t want any water on my gear. And as I had my normal shoes on, I didn’t want them to get wet either.

This is a manual blend from 5 shots, taken by the Forth Rail bridge near Edinburg. I used a 9 stop ND filter to blur the water.
Avoiding the water

And another one of the Forth Rail bridge. You think it’s big, but until you are standing there, you will never know how big it is. As I arrived and looked it, I was just stunned.

Light by the Forth Rail bridge

And again my favorite photo subject, bridges. I could have spend here weeks, just taking photos. The Forth rail bridge is so massive and so stunning. The Forth road bridge is also very nice, but just not as majestic as the rail one. I will really have to revisit this place one day :)

This is a manual blend from 5 shots.
