Everything is green

A little simpler shot, but just to break apart all the blue ones. This is not yet one from this year, but from the last summer, but the weather is starting to get better so I hope soon will there be new ones

Everything is blue

I think I have to go out more during the day. All my latest photos are sunset or blue hour shots :) But somehow I don’t mind :) The composition in this one is a little heavy on the right side, but I think it still looks quite alright. I will have to take the same photo few years later, as based on all the construction plans I have seen, the whole area on the left should be filled with skyscrapers by then :)

Where the water was calm

It was quite a windy day, but this place was shielded enough, that I could get such a nice clear reflection. I spend here only a very short while, as I was on my way to the Charles bridge. And as you have already seen the shots from the tower, I think it was worth it :)

Facebook Page

I regularly post my photos on my Facebook page www.facebook.com/hdrshooter and very often I include more. These are before/after comparisons (not the same ones as on the blog), screenshots from Photomatix, Photoshop and other tools I use (showing how I edited my photos) and more. So if you like my photos, feel free to join my page :).

The colorful Prague

Can there be so much color in one city? I think it can :) This was taken right around the time the sun hid behind the horizon, so it gave the whole city a more blue/purple color. It looked really great

The leading bridge

One of very good working composition rules is leading lines. That means that you should have lines in your photo, which lead to the main subject. And I think the Charles bridge in this photo works very nicely as a leading line. It just draws your eyes towards the Prague castle in the distance.

I haven’t taken many portrait oriented shots lately. They can give you a great view of a subject, but they are just not fit onto a horizontally oriented screen. But from time to time they are fine :)

The leading bridgeThis view of the Charles bridge is really great. It just creates an excellent composition on its own.
