Cool clouds

I had no plans to go out and take photos yesterday. But when I saw the clouds I had to go out and take at least few shots. And as the Strkovec lake is the closest place to my flat, I went there. You can see on the water, that it was quite windy, but the long exposure made the water almost look like it was ice.

Night Bridge

I just keep taking photos of bridges, they are really my favorite subject to photograph. Of course this is the New Bridge in Bratislava. Photo taken from the Bratislava Castle.

Also I’m sorry about the short descriptions recently, and no new How-To stuff. I’m just quite busy (and tired) the last few weeks and don’t have that much time to spend on photos. But I hope this will get better again :)

Ships on Danube

I’m still just learning to work with the Canon 7D. It’s really a great camera, but I’m just so used to the 450D that sometimes the results are different than I would expect. But with time I think it will give me very good results. So I tried a little sunset shooting. I took this shot from the Old bridge in Bratislava last Monday. The sunset was quite nice, I just hoped for more clouds.

Black Cadillac

It’s really rare to see a car like this in Bratislava. I was just so beautiful and shiny, I had to take few shots :). I saw it a few weeks before, and now when I was passing it again, I had my camera with me :)

Inside the Church of St. Elisabeth

also more commonly know as the Blue church. This is a very nice small church in Bratislava, which is (as the name suggests) blue from outside and also inside.
