The Blue Church

Would you believe that I had to use a vertorama here? Just could not fit the whole church into one shot. Had quite hard time combining the shots, as they were taken from a tripod, but with no panoramic head. But after few tries I got it aligned quite nicely.

National Bank of Slovakia

Currently the highest building in Slovakia. Not so high compared to the highest buildings in the world, but high enough. Too bad there is no viewing deck there, but once I was on the top, when they had and open day. The bosses there have a great view of the city :)

Slovak national Theater

I go to the theater quite often, but never to this one. I’m just not such a big fan of opera :) But it’s still great for photos.

For this HDR I used 6 brackets. I didn’t have my Promote at that time yet, so I did two bracket series, 3 brackets each. This is one of the ways you can get more brackets without having to have a special remote.

Nice wooden church

Another place I plan to revisit this summer, the Open air museum in Bardejovske Kupele. I was there last time in summer 2010, so quite soon after I started with photography. And going through the photo, I’m wandering, what was I thinking. So many nice subjects and so many horrible compositions :)

Stairs towards the church

This is one of the newer churches in Bratislava, the Church of St. Vincent de Paul. As it’s not far from where I live, from time to time I try to take a nice photo of it. But somehow I never really succeed. Always when I get to it, the clouds just disappear.
