HIGH-RESOLUTION WALLPAPERS

I’m sorry for the break in uploads the last week, but the frozen evening I spend taking the last photo I posted, really did not work for me well, especially for my allergy that I mentioned. If you want to imagine the effect, it’s like I cut my hands, around 20 times all over the fingers. Really not pleasant and a bit problematic when one wants to do something (it hurts like hell). But with it getting warmer this healed, and finally I’m able to normally continue. So here is a shot from Passau in Germany from last summer.

This is a single exposure, edited in Lightroom and Photoshop.

The temperatures dropped a lot the last days in Slovakia, with today being a nice -10 degrees Celsius (-18 real feel). I tried to go out to take some photos, but it really is not that fun, when one has a cold allergy. But today I stopped for an hour in Trnava, to take few photos, and while I gave up after about a hour in the cold, I still got some nice shots. And here is one of them :)

Last year I just took so many vertoramas. The tilt shift lens I got enabled just so many new compositions and views, many more than I expected. And here is one of them, that I took in the Zaanse Schans in Zaandam near Amsterdam. I actually should go back to Amsterdam again this year, so this will be one of the spots I will definitively revisit again :)

With the beginning of new year, it got quite cold in Bratislava and the fog rolled in. I went out to take few photos (not as many as I would like, due to camera problems :/), but I got some. Here is one, with the new Old bridge coming from the fog, with a nicely frost covered tree. There was not much color in this photo, but I still toned it down a bit to make the green more dominant.

How about one more shot from the New years fireworks. This was the last photo I took, of the final, quite huge, fireworks explosion. It really was big :)

A little side note, I too the new Peak Design Everyday Sling as the bag that evening, and it worked perfectly. I actually managed to fit a Canon 5D Mark II, a 20-70mm f2.8, 16-35mm f2.8 and a 50mm lens into it. It’s quite bigger than one would think it is from looking at it :)
